This just in . . .  Getting E-bike Riders to talk about e-bikes is like getting ice to melt on a hot summer's day, that is, not very hard.

Also, it is worthwhile reading what the Federal Government was thinking when they added "power-assisted bicycles" to the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations.  Read "Regulatory Impact Analysis Statement" in the original Amendment to the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations (2001) (Note: It starts about two screens down.)
